Treat yourself to a day all about YOU!

Had enough of fad diets, weight loss woe's or just lacking confidence in any aspect of your life? You are not alone! We have teamed up an amazing group of women to create a workshop focused on YOU. So get ready to reconnect with yourself, change your relationship with food and focus on being an overall well-being.

In order to create the life and goals you envision, you must first be connected to yourself. This interactive workshop is designed to assist you in understanding what truly drives you! What lights you up, whilst disconnecting from external pressures, expectations, and stay focused on your goals and successes that contribute to happiness and living a fulfilling life.

The day includes:
- A healthy & delicious morning tea and lunch provided by Alicia from Goodness on the Go.
- Learn new ways to reconnect with yourself, and practise affective exercises to help keep yourself in check, discover what's holding you back from your goals and how to overcome them.
- Get your food facts and nutritional information from Natalie Bourke from Bioceuticals. Discover what fad diets are doing to your body and how to supplement for women.
- End with a revitalising yoga session run by Surfside Yoga's very own Louise Kelly, who will show you how to center yourself through calm and nurturing yoga poses and breathing techniques, that will help you create harmony between body and mind.

What you will gain from the day is a deeper connection to your body AND your soul. You will leave the day with a tailored step-by-step program that will put your plan into motion, and have you feeling and looking amazing in the weeks to follow.
