Over the last few years I've noticed how increasingly drained and tired my students become as we move through December. It seems that the Christmas parties and present buying sends us into a spin - we go to bed later, drink more, let healthy eating habits slip and do less yoga, (even though we know that it's in the challenging, busy times we need to keep up our practice!) By the time Christmas arrives we are frazzled, fatigued, stressed and depleted.
We've created this event so it doesn't have to be this way.
